It takes more than a few minutes to go shopping when its freezing your knickers off cold. Anybody else tired of this? The Half Moon has some flags standing straight out and I can't tell if it's because the wind is so strong or they are just FROZEN.

Manitoba Hydro has warned of a power outage in our area on Thursday, February 4 from 1-4 PM. We plan to stay open but the lights will be out. If we remember to charge our devices we should still be able to operate.
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced us to work differently in many ways. Coming into the studio to choose a quilting pattern, threads, batting and backing has not been an option for much of the time. To assist with one part of this we've finally gotten our tech support to post a gallery of the quilting patterns we currently have available.

Wow, we've received so many messages of condolence on the loss of our little greeter. Seems many quilters understand the connection with a pet. The empathy and understanding truly helps, so thank you all.
When you are able to visit again the greetings may be somewhat less enthusiastic, but nonetheless heartfelt. We ARE hoping to have some good news soon on slowly reopening stores for non-essential sales. |
