 We had a great time at the Pine Ridge Quilters show on the very hot weekend. It was nice to see so many friends and the spectacular quilts on display.

 I was hanging a little wall quilt and took a tumble. Broken left wrist, sprained right wrist and lots of bruises. It has slowed things down for a bit, but we are still operational. Please be careful people. Stay healthy, stay quilting.
 We are going to be one of the vendors at this show this coming weekend. Therefor the Lockport Studio will be closed from Thursday, July 27 through Saturday, July 29. If you can make it to the show, stop by our booth to say hello.😋
      I entered 6 items in the Springfield Country Fair Quilt Show and was pleased to come home with 2 first place and 2 second place prizes
We had a great time on Saturday. It was a lovely day in Lockport and we had lots of visitors come by to share some coffee and cake and conversation.
After closing we had some friends visit and they did the door prize draws for us. First Prize: Noreen Christie Second Prize: Tracy Popp Thanks again to everybody who came by. It was a wonderful day.  If you are in the neighbourhood this Canada Day, drop by for a piece of Canada Day cake.
