 The children have gone home (sigh) and we are back to working regular hours again. 😀.

 You never know where inspiration for a project may come from. On a walk with the boys last week this octagon pattern just caught my eye. I have no idea what might come of it, but I wanted to remember it for future reference.
 Our little boy and his family are visiting for a week and they love their perogies. We made a few dozen up in advance.
Oh, and while they are visiting this week, August 21-28, studio hours will be sporadic. If you need something it might be best to call ahead. Regular hours should resume next week.  We had a wonderful weekend in Gimli at the Lakeside Quilters show where we met many old friends and aquaintances and made some new ones.
Lot's to do now that we are back home.

 Chewy loves to help pick raspberries. Now if we could only teach him to put them in a basket. 😄
 These guys opened up after the rain yesterday. It's a refreshing splash of colour in a garden that was getting rather monochromatic.
