Not surprising I rely on my 1.4 inch foot for most of my piecing, but sometimes I want a different sized seam. I thought I would give these magnetic seam guides a try.

Be aware, the packaging warns against using with computerized sewing machines and what isn;t computerized these days??

The supply chain for this 100% cotton 3 ply thread from Spain has been disrrupted for a while. We are finally able to begin restocking. This is a 50 wt 500 m spool and even though our cost has gone up we are keeping the price in store at $9.99 per spool - at least for now. In addition to the 4 colours shown we have 4 others on back order.

Tweezers

A customer was recently asking if we had any tweezers with a curved end. We did not. Now we do.

These are high quality German steel. One is your typical tweezer where you squeeze it to hold on. The other works the opposite way, you squeeze it to open and it closes when you let go. We thought it might be interesting to try out.
