 We've been invited to be one of the vendors at the Sunflower Festival Quilt Show in Altona. We've never been there before and are looking forward to spending a weekend in Altona. And, of course, since we will be there we won't be here and the Lockport studio will be closed.

 Judith Panson is a well known local artist / quilter. We always look forward to seeing her latest creations.
 We don't live in Springfield but we consider this a local event and try to support it however we can. For sure we will be attending and Helen will find some quilted project to enter.
 We are back to work in Lockport after a mostly restful week in rainy Ottawa. We attended lectures by Laura Coia and Bill Stearman, both fantastic in very different ways. Then we spent the full day on Saturday viewing the National Juried Show and the Merchants Mall. So much to see...
