I entered this piece in the Quilt Reflections show and now that the show is over I can post it here. This is the project started on the quilt cruise we did last summer. The mariners compass medallion was done using special rulers and took a bit of work to figure out. To help cement the learning I helped a friend do another one. Truth be told, I like hers better than mine. A little learning goes a long way.
