The Province of Manitoba is now requiring the wearing of masks in all indoor public areas in our region. Please remember to bring yours when coming to Cedar House Quilting. So far everyone who has come has gotten the message. Thank you!

hanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience of mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
