We still have not heard anything back from the Square support team. The reviews I read about this company said that their customer support is known to be poor. I think we are seeing it. We ordered a second reader and it is on its way. Hopefully that will work.
If not, we will have to look for another solution. In the meantime, we still gladly accept cash or cheques. GT
